Making a Difference Through September’s Jean Day Donation

This community-driven initiative allows local children to enjoy a special holiday shopping experience alongside Oglesby police officers. The event not only provides gifts and essentials for children in need but also fosters positive relationships between officers and the community they serve.
Each month, Connecting Point employees participate in Jean Day by donating to wear jeans at work. The funds are then pooled and given to a local organization or cause that positively impacts the Illinois Valley. This ongoing program reflects Connecting Point’s strong belief in giving back and supporting those who make a difference.
