At Connecting Point Computer Center (CPCC), we believe technology is powerful—but people and community come first. That’s why we’re proud to contribute to the Illinois Valley Food Pantry’s Feeding the Future: Building Hope for Tomorrow campaign.
Why We Chose to Give
The Illinois Valley Food Pantry has been serving local families with compassion and dignity for over four decades. Their mission to combat hunger and provide hope aligns perfectly with our own values of service, reliability, and community support. When we learned of their vision to renovate and expand into their new facility at 4133 Progress Blvd., Peru, we knew it was a project worth backing.
Building a Stronger Future
The Pantry’s new location will allow them to:
Expand storage for fresh, frozen, and shelf-stable food
Create a more welcoming, accessible space for families in need
Support volunteers with improved efficiency and resources
Strengthen their ability to serve the growing demand in our region
By donating to the Building Fund, we are helping make this vision a reality—ensuring that no one in our community has to go without food or hope.
More Than Technology—It’s About People
As a local business, our success is built on the trust of the Illinois Valley. Giving back is one way we say thank you. Whether it’s through our Jeans Day donations, volunteer work, or major projects like this, CPCC is committed to investing in the future of our community.
Join Us in Supporting This Mission
We encourage our customers, partners, and neighbors to join us in supporting the Feeding the Future campaign. Together, we can ensure that the Pantry has the resources it needs to continue its vital work for years to come.
