Jeans Day is one small but meaningful way our team comes together each month—Jeans Day on Friday in exchange for supporting a local nonprofit that makes a real difference. For December, the choice was an easy one.
Supporting Independence, Advocacy, and Inclusion
IVCIL plays a vital role throughout the Illinois Valley by empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and with dignity. Their work focuses on advocacy, peer counseling, independent living skills, information and referral services, and transition support—services that directly impact lives every day.
Their mission aligns strongly with our own values: accessibility, independence, and community support. Whether helping individuals navigate resources, advocating for equal access, or providing life-changing guidance, IVCIL is a trusted cornerstone of our region.
A Community-Centered Partnership
The December donation reflects not just financial support, but appreciation for the essential work IVCIL does year-round. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organization that strengthens our community and supports individuals and families when they need it most.
We also want to thank our team members who participated in the December 2025 Jean Day Donation and each month—your generosity adds up and creates real, local impact.
