Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Retail Store & Marketing Coordinator to support daily retail operations while also driving marketing efforts to promote our company and the products and services we offer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing in-store operations, and creating marketing content that helps grow brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Store Duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Open and close the store following established procedures
- Support in-store promotions, sales events, and product launches
Marketing & Promotion Duties
- Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Assist with planning and executing in-store and online promotions
- Update product listings and promotional materials as needed
- Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, signage, and email campaigns
- Capture photos and short videos of products, services and events
- Track and report basic marketing metrics (engagement, promotions, foot traffic)
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Coordinate with management on seasonal campaigns and special offers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in marketing or business a plus)
- Previous retail, customer service, or marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, social media platforms, and basic design tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client networking environments by designing system configuration; planning, directing, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Perform hands-on PC and Network installation and updates for new and existing clients.
- Configuration and maintenance of PCs, printers, routers, firewalls, switches, and related hardware, software, and services.

- Programming, troubleshooting, and installation of Access Points and Wireless Radios.
- Programming, troubleshooting, and repair of Networks and Servers.
- Troubleshooting and repair of PC’s and Laptops.
- A primary point of contact for several key customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role providing network engineer and administrative support to clients on a consulting basis.
- Understanding of IPv4 based networks.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to independently analyze problems and provide workable solutions.
- Requires the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn innovative technologies.
- Ability to drive to client sites on occasion to perform assigned tasks.
- Works effectively in a team environment and encourages the sharing of knowledge amongst team members.
- Microsoft, Comptia, Cisco, HP, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti certifications desired.

We are looking for a Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. In addition, you will monitor our Managed Services program to proactively address issues as they arise.
An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Create tickets and record event in ticketing system
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Proactively monitor data backup alerts and managed services software to be able to address issues as they arise.

- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
