Copy of headset2Do you need help learning or installing Dragon? Do you have a technical problem you need support for?

Most likely the answer will be yes.

certpartnerlogo.jpgWe have been certified to sell and train users with DragonNaturally Speaking for 10 years. The program has come a very long way since then.  If you used or saw a demonstration of Dragon before version 8, you need to see it in action now. Not only is the program faster and more accurate, the interface is easier to use and more intuitive.

Just like learning anything else, DragonNaturally Speaking will require your time to learn and get familiar with how to use the tools provided in it. No one ever opened Microsoft Word for the first time and wasn't confused! The program is easy to use, but a little training will help you become more successful quicker!

We recommended a minimum of 8 hours of training for any type of new DragonNaturally Speaking user. We will within this time get you acclimated to the interface, learn the most commonly used commands, learn how to correct mis-recognition mistakes and how to talk to your computer. Remember it is a computer you're talking to, not a person.

The computer will only hear what you tell it, not what you meant contextually. It can learn what you meant over time of hearing how you speak. If it does not understand you it may not be that you said it wrong, just that there are different ways of interpreting what you said. For example, if you say: Let us entertain you, it may interpret: Lettuce entertain you. That is wrong, but phonetically it is correct. We teach you how to best correct those kind of mistakes as well as train it to your own custom vocabulary (names, places, acronyms. etc.)

The time you spend on professional training will far out weigh the cost of your own frustration of improper skills or techniques that may lead to you giving up and quitting the program entirely. You will essentially learn a new way of working with Dragon software and in the long run save time and money.

If you have custom forms or applications that you want to use Dragon with, we can also develop the process for you, or teach you how to do that as well.

In order for you to use DragonNaturally Speaking it must be properly installed. The majority of support calls we receive are due to improper installation, insufficient computer specifications and improper headset or microphone configuration.
