Recurring charges : $350.00 per server per month plus $ 10.00 per month for each licensed network user. Functions performed and frequency for our Proactive Network Management Program:

As needed:

• Provide maintenance of all Novell/MS Windows logon and password information.
• Provide maintenance of all Groupwise/MS Exchange logon and rights information.
• Diagnose/repair all Netware and Groupwise/MS Exchange Server issues.
• Check for and apply all Server BIOS upgrades and patches.
• Check for and apply Novell/MS Windows patches to servers when necessary.
• Check for and apply Arcserve IT! patches to servers when necessary.
• Check for and apply Inoculate IT! patches to servers when necessary.

Weekly:

• All Servers with internal tape drive using Arcserve IT! are checked to insure that the backup procedure completed successfully.

• All Servers are checked to insure that Groupwise/MS Exchange e-mail is performing at industry acceptable levels.

• All servers are checked to insure that Internet connectivity is performing at industry acceptable levels.

• All Servers are updated with the latest Inoculate IT! Virus signature files.

• All network nodes are updated with the latest Inoculate IT! Virus signature files.

• All Servers will be analyzed for utilization statistics.

• All Servers will be analyzed for hard drive utilization.

• All Servers will have the event viewer analyzed for errors and warnings.

• All Servers will have deleted files purged and disk space optimized.

Monthly: A monthly status report will be sent to the customer noting the following.

• Backup Logs

• Anti-Virus

• Disk Space Utilization

• CPU Utilization

• Memory Statistics
